The package arrived Jan 22, FedEX, The shipping container contained the Tripod (TC40) but no Mount AM5N was included in the box. The container had no packing materials either. In response I have been in contact (by email) with ZWO USA with no satisfaction to date, This is an expensive piece of gear and to this now I feel like I am being given the run around while the company reportedly is 'investigating' what happened. I would like some answers, I would like to receive the AM5N mount that I have paid for, and I would like some assurance that something is being done to resolve this problem.
The charged cleared my Amex card on Jan 15.

Did my first imaging session last night using the AM5N with the ASIAIR Plus and it was fantastic!!

I like this and have 2 now, as well as no counterweights. A great product and seamless with the Asiair.

This mount is worth every penny. Very advanced and easy to use. Light but sturdy. Once I polar aligned I was able to capture long exposures at very high quality and minimal distortions.
